Safety & responsibility
This safety and responsibility policy supplements the Terms for meetings, care, pet/plant information, and community content.
1. No emergency or veterinary service
NeighborPaws is not a veterinary clinic, emergency service, or professional safety authority. In emergencies, contact a veterinarian, emergency services, police, fire department, or competent authorities immediately.
2. Profile and care information
Users must keep relevant information accurate and current: health, medication, food, behavior, allergies, key/access instructions, contact persons, and emergency contacts.
3. Meetings and home access
Meetings, key handover, and home access should be carefully agreed and documented. Use public first meetings, confirm identity, and avoid unnecessary sharing of sensitive data.
4. Photos, posts, and QR content
Post only content you are allowed to use. Do not publish other people’s children, addresses, keys, access codes, health data, or private information without explicit permission.
5. Reporting problems
Report harassment, fraud, unsafe care, illegal content, or payment issues via the reporting feature or support@neighborpaws.com.
