Shop & QR tag information
Information on physical products (QR keychains, collar tags, etc.) in the NeighborPaws shop (https://shop.neighborpaws.com) and linking to profiles on https://neighborpaws.com. Binding purchase terms and withdrawal are shown in the Shopify checkout and linked shop policies.

2. Product and QR function
After purchase you link the QR code in your NeighborPaws account to a companion profile. Scanning shows only information you enabled (name, photo, status, contact when marked missing). The QR encodes a URL; anyone with the code can open it, so treat it like a key. Do not publish your home address, access codes, key instructions, or other sensitive data in public QR profiles.
3. Product identification and responsible person
Product name, variant, material information, and order number are shown on the product page, checkout, order confirmation, packaging, or accompanying documents. Manufacturer or responsible economic operator details are provided there where legally required. For safety questions, complaints, or recall notices, contact support@neighborpaws.com.
4. Product safety and warnings
QR tags, keychains, and accessories are not toys. Keep away from children where small parts could be swallowed (choking hazard). Regularly check attachments, rings, and collars for secure fit, wear, and sharp edges. Attach products so they cannot choke, trap, or injure the animal. Remove damaged products immediately and stop using them.
5. GPSR, recalls, and safety contact
We handle physical consumer products in line with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR, Regulation (EU) 2023/988) where applicable. If we identify a safety issue, warning, or recall, we may contact you using the purchase or account contact details and offer appropriate remedies. Please report accidents, material defects, loose small parts, or other safety risks promptly to support@neighborpaws.com.
6. Withdrawal and returns
EU consumers have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts unless excluded (e.g. personalized goods). See /withdrawal for deadlines and the electronic model withdrawal form, and Shopify shop policies and your order confirmation. Returns go to the address stated in the shop.
7. Shipping and packaging
Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout. Packaging law obligations, including LUCID registration, system participation, and data reporting where required, will be fulfilled before regular shipping starts.
8. Shop privacy
Order and payment data are processed by Shopify per their privacy policy. Profile data on https://neighborpaws.com is governed by our privacy policy (/privacy).
